Lala Har Dayal (October 13, 1884, Delhi, India - March 4, 1939, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) was a Indian nationalist revolutionary[1] who founded the Ghadar Party in America. He was a polymath who turned down a career in the Indian Civil Service.
